Regarding our new visitor

A brief rundown on the boy down in the Medlab: Derek is a 16 year old who claims to be carrying multiple mutations in his body.

Whether or not this is true is currently unable to be determined, as it has proved nearly impossible to draw a blood sample.

His skin is either unbreakable, or something else is blocking the needle from penetrating the skin. At this moment I'm not sure which is the case.
