We return whole but unsuccessful. There's no need for anyone to visit the Medlab immediately - or at all, save for Nathan, who should have a few tests done. He caught the Blackbird with his brain again, and although he seems quite well, we should check his brain out just to be sure.

The only injuries were to the child we were attempting to retrieve. She was caught in one of her own explosions, and badly hurt. I judged it best to leave her at the hospital in Salt Lake City - although they will be consulting with us (as greater experts in young mutants and powers-induced injury), they are better equipped to handle long-term coma patients than we are. They will be contacting us with a more complete diagnosis when they have one... however, from my initial examination, I think it unlikely that she will wake up for a long time, if ever.

I will be hovering protectively over my son if anyone needs me.
