I've just finished running Alison through a fairly intensive battery of tests, and it's time for the formal conclusion.

She's cured.

No pain, so sign of the neurological damage that was causing the pain, she has control over her powers again to the point all the sound baffling equipment isn't needed any more, most of the secondary issues, like the digestive problems, are also either completely gone or much improved. Most of the scars from the attack by Sabretooth are gone, and those that are left are as healed as they're going to get. She's slept for the last twenty-four hours, and is still sleeping a bit, but aside from that... there's no reason she can't go back to her own room.

It's a miracle.

Moira, I'm fairly sure you know what's going on with this. Can we talk?

In other medlab news...

Danielle Moonstar: our new arrival who turned up sleep deprived and hypothermic spent two nights in the Box and is much improved, to the point she's been released.

Amanda Sefton: another Sleeping Beauty case - apparently that teacher of hers put the whammy on her so she did sleep, and she's been out until mid-afternoon. Also released, since I'm told she just needs rest and food and again, she does that best in her own room. And to judge from her post, she's found out about the thingamajigger her teacher did to stop her doing magic for a week. None at all - discount her from the roster if anythign else comes up, guys. Looks like we'll be back to good old fashioned medical science.

Nathan Dayspring: Oh for the day when neither he nor Amanda show up on these posts... Nathan's also overloaded his powers and the virus has flared up again. There's no danger, but I would prefer the helpers steer clear for the next day or so. Charles assures us the TK will come back, so he's not at risk, but again, he needs rest and as little stress as possible. I believe we can expect a visit from GW and Domino in the next day or two... There's one other thing... At the moment he's functionally blind. A side-effect of the extreme use of his TK. It should be temporary, but once the virus is stable, we are going to need help from everyone with him.

Cain Marko: Now there's a name I never expected to have to add to this... Cain's still unconscious, but stable. Charles assures us he'll be fine, but for the meantime, he's showing symptoms very similar to a stroke. There's also been a loss of mass and height - again, I'm guessing Moira has the information on that one.

Now, I'm going to go look at these test results again and try to come to grip with the fact my worldview has been skewed once again.
