Danielle has, once again, entirely lost control of her temper. I attempted to calm her down, but after she nearly threw herself down the stairs because she was so angry she wasn't looking where she was going, I decided another sojourn in the Box was required. I'd appreciate it, Madelyn, if you could keep an eye on her while I'm out... and I'll be having a talk with her about this when she's calmed down. These bouts of hysteria are unhealthy, and in that state she might well harm herself, the baby or someone else through sheer lack of self-control.

And I'm off, for a rare night away from the school. :) Don't wait up!

*nods* Under control, Hank. Although do you think it might be better if I talk to her? Considering she's already had her screaming fit at you, perhaps it might be better to have someone else talk to her. I've already been helping her with pregnancy-related stuff, and if I sit her down and explain what she could be doing to the baby, she'll at least listen adn not throw books at me.

Have a good time. :)

Noted, Hank. I've been studying Moira's notes from Muir on pregnancy in psis, so I have a brain full of juicy facts. And there the usual hormonal issues as well - too much emotional upset could interfere with the chemical balances in her body and possibly cause a miscarriage.

Exactly what I'll be focussing on. And I didn't mean to imply she wouldn't listen to you - more that she might associate this latest outburst with you in her mind, and be less-than-calm to start with.
